Rooted and Lifted Herbals, LLC believes that optimal health begins when our bodies and minds are in balance with nature and the environment. Plant medicines can restore balance within one's body by providing phytochemicals, or plant compounds, to the cells of our body's systems. Human and plant physiology have adapted together for thousands of years, and our bodies recognize plants as both food and medicine, as practiced in ancient medicine systems around the world. Rooted and Lifted Herbals, LLC is dedicated to bringing holistic health education to clients in finding root causes of imbalances and recommending the most beneficial plants and herbs for the client's current health goals. Our bodies are dynamic and unique; therefore, one herb may work with one person's constitution but may not be appropriate for another. Clinical Herbalism can help clients to better determine which herbs are appropriate for them and their situations.
